About Me:

I usually describe myself as at technical project manager, but solution architect would be a better description.

My best trick is planning out projects with a focus on business outcomes.  I am usually able to shave a tens of thousands of dollars off a scope of work.  Then I manage risk and vendor relationships often resulting in around 15% savings on vendor rates.

I can also come into chaotic situations and get the project back on track.   This is risky, stressful work, but I’ve found myself to be better than most at it.

In short I help teams realize their technical vision as efficiently as possible.
